Wilgeheuwel is one of the newer and very popular areas in Roodepoort where a lot of young couples buy there first homes. It’s also popular to investors due to the many smaller, sectional title units and a high demand for rentals. Close to Hendrik Potgieter with easy access to the East, West, North and South, many buyers prefer this area as it is very central and affordable. I have sold many properties in this area during the last 7 years …. many happy buyers and sellers!
